Our July Pack Meeting will be held at Louise Kreher Forest Ecology
Preserve on Friday, July 17th. We will meet at the Pavilion (down the
main trail past the playground) at 6:00. We
will begin the meeting discussing the basics of Map reading, Orienteering and
Hiking Safety. We will then take a relaxed shaded forest hike. Please
wear comfortable shoes for the hiking and bring a water bottle to keep hydrated! Our
summer pack meetings are very relaxed and don't provide a meal, so please plan
accordingly. Scouts in attendance will earn the Map and Compass Belt Loop
and the Hiking Belt Loop.
